The muscular but dimwitted stockboy of Bildrath’s Mercantile. He is always surprised and excited to see outsiders and loves hearing stories of their adventures outside the mists, especially stories of fights and battles against monsters. Outside of helping his uncle with the shop he also enjoys spending time Father Donovich and Doru.
Appearance
Parriwimple is a friendly giant. Standing at well over 6 feet tall and extremely muscular. Despite his frame he has a simple innocents in his eye and overwhelming kindness in his heart. He is always smiling despite the horrible situation around him. He often wears simple cloths and a leather apron.
Childhood
Parriwimple spent his childhood playing with the other children in Barovia. He became close friends with the Priest’s son Doru and the charming Escher. Initally he avoided Ireena Kolyana at his parents request, however, both his parents and Parrimple soon realized that there was no merit to the superstions. As he got older he met Gertruda through Doru and was delighted to hear that his friend was betrothed.
The Siege of Barovia
Parriwimple’s parents decided to stay in Barovia after hearing Ismark Kolyanavich’s rousing speech and plea to the people of the village. However, on the first night of the siege both of Parriwimple’s parents were killed, as the village was unprepared to the overwhelming numbers. Not having time to fully come to terms with his loss, Parriwimple moved in with his uncle and helped the city improve their fortifications.
