Kolyan Indirovich is the Burgomaster of the Village of Barovia a title which has been in his family for generations. He is that father to Ismark Kolyanavich and the adoptive father of Ireena Kolyana. He has lead the Village through the end half of the century of peace and has become known as an understanding and competent ruler.
Appearance
Koylan is a large heavyset man that has spent most of is life in the relative safety of a slumbering Strahd. He has a thick beard and hair starting to show his age, broad shoulders, and a walks with a slight limp. While he is well past the prime he refused to sit back when Strahd laid siege to his city. Because of this Koylan has suffered many wounds in the past week. He arm is bandaged, his leg broken and his eye was badly cut.
